BFC’s fully automated molding and assembly cells manufacture over 45 million
Bowles Fluidics Corporation is a high volume manufacturer of precision plastic parts and assemblies for use in a variety of industries. With a large team of experienced design engineers, state-of-the-art molding equipment and a highly trained three-shift production staff, BFC provides full support from prototype to product launch and beyond. Our 100,000 sq. ft facility houses CAD, CAM and CAE workstations, materials test lab, environmental chambers and a comprehensive tool and die making facility. Our production capability includes more than 30 injection molding presses ranging in size from 28 to 330 tons and fully automated assembly, test and quality control systems.
