Engineering is the cornerstone of our company. Our technical staff includes over 30 full-time degreed engineers and a dedicated R&D department. Our knowledge and support is provided through OEM-dedicated, cross-functional project teams comprised of design, fluidic, mechanical, tooling, applications, industrial, and quality engineers. All phases of project development are considered to ensure the highest level of quality and manufacturing practices. The process is aided by CAD, CAM, and CAE. We are equipped for file transfers from most computer languages. Our customers find this continuity to be invaluable to a successful, on-time, cost-effective development process. High Quality, High Volume Manufacturing

Once in production, program needs are met with a highly efficient, three-shift manufacturing system. Our injection molding capability includes over 30 modern process controlled presses ranging from 28 to 330 tons. High speed multi-step assembly systems are used to build, weld, date code and test at rates up to 144,000 parts daily. All manufacturing is based on ISO9001 and QS9000 quality systems accepted worldwide.
